Looking to get the kids involved with a retreat into the backcountry? We partner with Telluride Academy and Deer Hill Expeditions to provide some of the best introduction courses for kids into the wilderness in the state! We love having families at High Camp!
General Policies
Deposit: A $500.00 deposit is due at the time of booking for all reservations. It is nonrefundable.
Payment: The final payment is due 60 days before your arrival date. If you book within 60 days, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations: If you cancel BEFORE the final payment due date, we will issue you a credit for the amount you have paid, excluding the $500 deposit. The credit will be valid for up to one year from the original arrival date.
If you cancel AFTER the final payment due date, no credits will be given. However, if we can rebook your canceled reservation days, we will issue you a credit valid for up to one year from the original arrival date—excluding the $500.00 deposit.
Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
Gear hauls
*Policy Update. We must know 14 days before your arrival date if we are hauling gear.
$200 Haul up | $300 Haul down
HAUL UP: Includes all belongings to meet you at HCH - we will meet you at the parking area on arrival day at 1:00 pm
*Please keep bags under 40lbs each*
Haul Down: We will come up to HCH at 11:00 am and load your gear to meet you at your car on departure date.
