  • Pack soft bags, preferably backpacks or duffles under 40lbs if we are hauling your gear.

  • Park close to each other in the winter towards the SW side of the parking lot so the snow plow can move snow around you

  • Bring TIPS for your haulers if they do a great job :)

Arrival Don’ts

  • Don't enter the backcountry without proper backcountry gear, preparedness, navigation, and knowledge!

  • Don't show up late.

  • Don't get close to the hut without google maps or navigation already going. There is no cell service on the hwy or at the parking area.

  • Don’t leave food or valuables in the car - bears are sometimes seen in the area.

  • Don’t go up to the hut on an unspecified date, not on your booking.

  • Don’t leave windshield wipers down (winter)- put them up to help you when you arrive back.

  • Don’t leave anything you want in your car, it’s a long round trip back to the car.
