Payment
A 30%, NON REFUNDABLE deposit, and a signed rental agreement is due at the time a reservation is made. Reservations can be made via email or fax. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and is NON REFUNDABLE. If we do not receive the balance in timely fashion, your dates can be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations and changes must be made 30 days prior to your start date in order to receive an 80% credit for a future trip. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your start date will result in forfeiture of your payment. No refunds.

Damages and Cleaning
It is expected that during your stay you will maintain the High Camp Hut as if it was yours. We ask that you make no alterations to the cabin unless previously discussed with us. Any damage to the cabin beyond normal wear will be fixed by HCH and billed to you on a cost plus basis. It is expected that when you leave at the end of your stay the cabin will be left cleaned and neat. If when you arrive, you feel the cabin is not adequately cleaned, please notify us. If it is necessary for HCH to clean after your stay you will be billed for our time and materials. Labor will be billed at the rate of $50.00/hr. Labor could include transportation and cost. Interest will be charged for all late payments. You will be responsible and billed for all legal fees and all expenses incurred by High Camp LLC in collecting these expenses.
